If you’re not satisfied with our service, simply raise a support ticket via our website or email us. Senior Management reviews all refund requests and responds within 24–48 hours.
Refund requests must be submitted via email or helpline within 60 days of purchase. Requests beyond 60 days are ineligible for refunds (credit may be considered).
Once all required details (reason, bank info, etc.) are received, processing takes 4–5 weeks.
Within 60 days of purchase, you may request a service change. The original purchase amount (minus earned fees and third-party charges) will be credited to your SSA TAX account and can be used towards other services.
A cancellation fee of 25% + earned fees + government charges applies to refund requests. However, if you opt for a service change, cancellation charges are waived.
